Up for sale this fine and long sickle shaped sword of the Azande from central Zaire (also used by the neighboring tribes, Boaand others). Early to mid 20 C. 29 inches blade finely fullered and nicely engraved on one face and sharpened on the concave side with a 7 inches engraved double edge tip. Wood handle. Total length 33 inches. Very good plus condition. Hard to find African authentic weapons of this fine quality and condition.
