This early Kattar push dagger is coming from India, probably Deccan or South India, 17C or earlier. Massive blade with central rib 12 inches long with slightly thickened tip. The blade is riveted to a steel handle with finely chiseled handle with pierced flared side bars. Total length 19 ½ inches. Very good condition to age. Minor pitted spots. Rare and very good item.
