This spear is from Zaire, probably Ngombe, early to mid 20 C. Massive, very long 34 inches blade forged with a “step” central line together with a 4 ˝ inches socket. The haft is wood bound with iron and strips and with carved grip in its center. Steel tip. Total length 61 inches. Very good condition. Original black patina on the blade
