Up for sale is this very good Saif sword from Ethiopia, early 20 C. The blade is European made, probably British, 31 ˝ inches long, finely etched with floral pattern and the “lion of Judea” the emblem of the emperor. Three sectors massive rhino horn handle with a brass dome pommel cap. Red painted and tooled hide scabbard Total length 37 ˝ inches.. Very good condition. Minor losses and damaged tip scabbard.
