This type of long Jambiya dagger is common in the Western regions of Arabia, Hijaz and Asir. Sometimes it is referred to by collectors as Wahabite style. The one offered has a 16 ½ inches long blade lightly engraved at the top. The handle is made of two horn grips with silver plate at the front side. The scabbard is wood with iron / brass mounts. Total length 24 inches. This dagger comes with its original leather belt. Good condition. Some losses to the silver cover on the grip and dents on the brass mounts. Authentic item that has seen use at very low price.
