This is a very good and typical example of the knife from the island of Crete in the Mediterranean. The 9 ½ inches single edge blade, typically engraved and mounted with bone grips widening toward the pommel in a form of split ears. The bolster and grip strap are engraved pewter. Wood scabbard covered with leather. Total length in scabbard 15 inches. Excellent condition! , All parts original and in excellent shape. No replacements or restorations
