Up for sale is this massive Bronze leaf shaped spear head, dated probably to the beginning of the first millennium B.C, from Luristan or near by area. Blade 13 inches long, 3 ½ inches wide, reinforced with a thick central rib and side ribs. Tang 4 inches with bent tip for securing into the haft. . Total length 17 Excellent excavated condition with untouched age patina. A very impressive spear head.
