This very good Khukuri is a presentation Kothimora, early 20 C. Blade of large dimensions. 16 inches long 2 ¼ inches wide (compared to the 10-11 inches blade on the more common ones). Ridged back with steel bolsters and pommel cover. Horn handle. Wood scabbard covered with leather and mounted with finely chased and pierced silver mounts. The locket is bound with the original silver chain set with a small turquoise stone. Total length 22 inches. Very good condition. The back compartment with accompanied knives is missing.
