A classical Yemenite dagger, a Jambiya (or more precisely Jannabiya), early to mid 20 C. Blade 9 inches long, almost 3 inches wide. Horn handle decorated with iron nails, iron collars and imitation brass coins. Very fine silver filigree scabbard. This dagger comes with its original wide golden brocade belt and silver amulet container. Total length with belt fully stretched 37 inches. Very good plus condition.
