We offer for sale this fine Caucasian Miquelet Rifle. The barrel is 35 inches long forged from fine twisted Damascus steel. The barrel is marked with a maker mark. The lock is a Miquelet type marked and finely decorated with gold work and in very good working order. The stock is finely grained wood with silver mounts and barrel bands. Two of the bands are proof marked with a Tughra. Total length 46. Very good condition. The lock main spring and holding screws are restored. Two silver bands are later replacement.
