This style of knife from Sumatra is also known as Tumbok Lada and it is characterized by the short massive ivory handle. This specific one is a small but fine exemplar. Might be women knife. 5 inches blade, 8 1/2 inches in total. Nicely shaped Ivory handle with silver bolster, wood scabbard with black horn mouth and tip. Very good condition.
