Up for sale is this Miquelet gun, Balkan origin with typical Balkan lock covered with silver (sometime referred to as Bulgarian). Lock in working order. Barrel marked with maker marks and bound with chased silver bands. Stock inlaid with many brass decorated inserts in Typical Turkish/Balkan style and the top of the stock is inlaid with inserts of Mother of Pearl. Black wood stock of two sectors (one chipped). Barrel 47 inches, total 60 inches. Very good condition. Minor cracks on the wood parts.
