This Kattar dagger is early, mid 18 C or about. The heavy blade with flat diamond cross section is 8 inches long, forged from good Indian wootz (Crystalline) The handle is finely inlaid with silver koftgari decoration. Total length 15 inches. Very good condition. One side bars is very lightly bent. Minor losses to the silver work. No scabbard.
