The Pata Indian gauntlet Sword that was evolved from the Kattar push dagger and was in use during several centuries in India. This one is probably early to mid 18 C. with full length a 35 inches double edge blade. The hand gauntlet is made of engraved steel. Total length 46 inches. Very good condition. Minor dent and old repair on the gauntlet. No scabbard. A rare unique and impressive item.
