This very fine Khyber sword is coming from North India, employing a high quality wootz blade with high contrast pattern and heat hardened edge. Blade length 19 inches. Silver bolsters and grip strap with silver buttons around the strap. Walrus grips. Scabbard with dark red velvet cover and pierced silver mounts. Total length 27 inches. Very good condition. Minor chips on the grips. One silver button is missing. The silver tip is lightly damaged. The scabbard cover is recent. A very fine piece.
