A better name for this one is "Mother of all Knobkerries". This Giant head Knobkerrie is Zulu, 19 C. with a huge 5 inches almost perfect ball shaped head with a 18 1/2 inches haft, carved in one piece from African hardwood. Very good condition. Dark shining age patina with several age cracks and a small chipped area on the head. To demonstrate the size of the head it is shown below next to a common Zulu Knobkerrie with a 2 1/2 inches head.
