We offer here for sale this fine Caucasian Miquelet Rifle. The barrel is 45 inches long forged from fine twisted Damascus steel, clearly visible on its entire length and koftgari gold inlay on both ends of the barrel. The lock is a Miquelet type in very good working order, with the original flint still fastened in the cock jaws. The stock is walnut with large butt carved from a solid piece of ivory. Total length 58 inches. Very good condition. The ramrod is a replacement.
