This fine pair of almost identical daggers is Tuareg, North West Africa, early 20 C. Dagger shaped blades well forged, most probably laminated, 4 1/2 qnd 5 inches blades. Wood handles with long steel grip collars and turned hardwood pommel. Tooled leather scabbards with colored leather tufts at the scabbard tips. Total length about 12 inches (including the leather tufts. Very good condition. Fine set.
