This fine knife is Turkish, mid 18 C. or so with a fine, high contrast wootz (Damascus) blade, 6 inches long with down curving spine and almost straight edge. Grips are agate stone of deep red brown color, with engraved and gilded bolsters and grip strap. Original leather covered scabbard. Total length 12 inches. Very good condition. The left grip is cracked but holds solid.
