Finely forged blade from pattern welded steel in the pattern known as Turkish Ribbon achieved by forge welding of several twisted steel rods to one ingot. The blade is signed with a crisp maker mark. Walrus ivory grips with finely chased silver grip strap and bolsters. Finely chased whole silver scabbard with silver proof mark. Blade length 25 inches. Total length 33 inches. Very good plus condition. Age cracks on the grips but it holds very solid. Fine complete and untouched item. All parts original. Nor repairs or replacements.
