Is this one an Indonesian short sword or a Philippines Visayan sword?? The heavy single edge blade is 19 inches long, forged from very good laminated steel and looks very Indonesian in style and workmanship. The handle is beautifully carved from honey colored horn with many details, very much like the handles off the Visayan bolo swords from the Philippines. Total length 24 inches. Very good condition.
