This rare shashqa style saber is coming from Afghanistan, mid to late 19 C. heavy blade 31 1/2 inches long, 8 mm thick with an 8 inches back edge, wide fuller and a 2 1/2 inch ricasso. Steel grip. Total length 37 inches. Good condition. Lightly blackened blade with re shaped tip. A rare saber.
