The Turkish warriors used this Suma as a Ramrod for their pistols. It was carried on the belt (sash) and was used also for other purposes, sometime including blades, tweezers etc. This is a plain example, steel sheath rod with decorative brass handle and brass tip. Length 15 inches. Very Good condition.
