Fine Ottoman Balkan Yataghan sword with very big walrus grips and pommel ears from the second half of the 19 C. 23 inches blade finely engraved with Inscription in Arabic letters. Massive walrus grips with finely gilded filigree bolsters and grip strap set with ribbed drop shaped corals small turquoise stones and colored other stones (one is a later replacement). Total length 28 inches. Very good condition. Grips cracked and partially repaired (as common with these Yataghans). No scabbard
