Up for sale is this very good Tulwar sword, late 18 to early 19C. Nicely forged fullered blade clearly marked with a maker stamp. Blade length 31 inches with a 10 inches back edge and 3 inches ricasso. Steel handle of classical Tulwar form entirely inlaid with silver koftgari work and with silver nails all around. Inscription in Arabic letters on the inner side of the D guard. Total length 36 inches. Very good condition. Blackened age patina on the blade. Minor losses to the silver decoration on the handle.
