Up for sale is this very fine Kindjal dagger from Kubachi, Deghastan, early 20 C. Slender blade with off centered fullers, 14 inches long. Chased and nielloed silver handle and scabbard with carved ivory plaques inserts inlaid with gold. Total length 18 1/2 inches. Very good condition. Some losses to the gold inlay on the ivory. The leather cover on the rear side of the scabbard is missing.
