Up for sale is this rare and early powder flask, Persia, most probably early to mid 18 C. made from a piece of grained hardwood set with many brass, bone and steel inserts. Steel spring and fittings. Horn top cover. Total length 5 1/2 inches. Very good condition. Few inserts are missing. The top horn cover is damaged and repaired.
