Finely forged blade, 22 inches long, richly and very delicately decorated with gold koftgari work of high quality workmanship: Inscriptions in Arabic letters and the date 1242 (1826 in the Gregorian Calendar. The bolsters are forged as part of the blade and finely inlaid in gold together with the grip strap. Horn grips. Leather covered scabbard with brass locket |Total length 28 inches.
