This sword is a Georgian Shashqa, early 20 C. very well made blade nicely fullered below the spine, with inscription in Georgian letters on the spine. Silver handle with forked pommel, nielloed bolster sides and grip rings and fine gilded silver granulation work on the grip. Blade length 31 inches. Total length 37 inches. Very good condition. No scabbard.
