This is a classical example of the famous Khyber sword coming from Afghanistan. The heavy massive blade is 21 inches long, 2 inches wide with a pronounced T spine. The bolsters and grips straps are steel. The grips are bone with good age patina, Original scabbard with steel tip. Total length 30 inches. Very good plus condition. Like in the classical swords of this type, the blade goes all the way into the scabbard and only the pommel end of the handle is exposed.
