This Indian sword is a fighting sword, with a Shamshir style blade (very curved single edge, wedge type blade) 30 inches long, beautifully forged from pattern welded blade producing a clear high contrast pattern. Tulwar style whole steel handle entirely inlaid with silver koftgari work all around. Total length 34 inches. Very good condition. Small edge nick (possible battle scar). Minor losses to the silver koftgari work. No scabbard.
