This knife is coming from Trabazon area, on the shores of the Black Sea, north Turkey. Late 19 to early 20 C. Big size, 12 inches blade very well forged (probably from an old file) beautifully fullered with a filed and nicely decorated spine. Finely engraved white metal handle and scabbard. Total length 18 inches. Very good condition with minor dents on the handle. Impressive knife
