From the late Qajar period, late 19 to early 20 C. Comes this Axe. A ceremonial piece with finely etched lunette shaped blade, finely etched and decorated. Blade length 8inche, width 5 inches, monster shaped tail and 26 inches steel haft ending with a 4 1/2 inches square pike. Very good condition. Losses to the silver koftgatri work at the center of the blade.
