This is a very interesting combination of a Turkish blade and a Caucasian fittings. The blade is a classical multi-fullered, late 19 C. North Turkey area. The hilt was replaced with an Ivory grip, niello silver collar and white metal cross guard. The scabbard is brass and it is later to the other parts. Good condition with age blackening of the blade and a minor chip to the grip All together a very nice solid and interesting item.
