A fine RENTONG knife / dagger from the Malay Archipelago. The version offered here is mostly used by the Achenese people from North West Sumatra. The blade is 9 1/2 inches long down curving and single edged, forged from fine laminated steel. The hilt is of the short version, without the uprising pommel, beautifully carved from. Total length 14 inches. Very good condition, No scabbard.
