This large knife comes from the Khyber pass area in Afghanistan. It is a nice combination of a Choora knife and a Khyber Knife. The blade, in the shape of a Khayber knife blade is 12 inches long, well forged with a pronounced T spine. The handle, in the shape of a Choora handle is composed of black horn sectors and big bolsters, painted in red and yellow dots. The scabbard is wood, covered with nicely chased brass and iron cover. Total length 17 inches. Very good condition. Lightly chiped right pommel.
