The origin of this knife with recurving blade is most probably central Asia with Indian / Persian influence. Blade 9 inches with central rib, forged from fine wootz steel, with high contrast pattern. Stag horn grips. Tooled leather scabbard with spiral stitching seams. Total length 15 inches. Very good condition. Damage to the scabbard tip and the stitching. .
