Very Good Persian Quadara Sword - 9144

This sword is of Persian origin and it is also known as Quadara. A similar sword is found in central Asian countries and in the Caucasus but sometimes called Qama. This specimen has a 24 inches long single edge blades with a 7 inches false edge. The blade is fullered, marked with a deep maker mark with a gold foil inlaid on the mark. The grips are black Buffalo horn mounted with three rivets. Original scabbard, covered with black leather. Total length 31 inches. Very good condition. Minor grinding scratches on the blade. |
