This fine piece is coming from Bukhara. A typical Kard blade common to many regions in central Asia but decorated in a very typical Bukhara style: A massive single piece rhino horn grip and ring of turquoise stone set between the grip and the nielloed silver bolsters. The blade is 12 inches long. Total length 17 inches. Very good condition. Very good age patina on the grip . One turquoise stone is missing. A fine rare item.
