From Tibet and the mid 20 C. comes this short sword, in the shape and style of earlier Tibetan Ke Tri swords. Blade 19 inches. Handle bound with leather and mounted with chased and finely engraved white metal mounts and set with a big coral bid on the pommel. Wood scabbard bound with leather and mounted with white metal locket and chape. Total length 25 inches. Very good condition. Cross guard lightly loose.
