Up for sale is this rather big size Jambiya dagger from Yemen. Late 19 or early 20 C. heavy wide blade with a central rib, 9 inches long and almost 3 inches wide. Silver handle with fine filigree / granulation work. Wood scabbard with big and heavy silver chape with the original granulation work. Total length 17 inches. Very good condition. Real steel blade. Repairs on the silver chape and minor losses to the handle. An impressive dagger.
