Up for sale is this small but fine Persian Kard, Qajar period, late 19 C. The classical shape blade is 6 inches long. The grips are walrus ivory delicately hand painted with hunting scenes in the classical Qajar style of painted miniatures. Leather scabbard. Total length 12 inches. Very good condition. Minor losses to the grip painting. Very lightly worn leather of the scabbard.
