Very Good Presentation Kothimora / Khukuri Knife - 8694

This very good khukuri is a presentation Kothimora, early to mid 20 C. Blade 10 inches long. Brass bolsters, bone grip and brass pommel cover. Wood scabbard covered with black velvet with finely chased and pierced silver mounts. The locket is bound with the original silver chain mounted with a 1916 1/4 Rupee coin and engraved on its top part PRESENTED To Maj. B. BONNIFACE T. D . . This Kothimora comes with accompanied two small (somewhat crudely made) Chakma, also with bone handles. Total length 14 1/2 inches. Very good condition.
