Up for sale is this very fine Bichaq knife, bigger and longer than the usual ones. Greek or Balkan Turkish origin, late 18 to early 19 C. Fine wootz (Damascus) blade of vbery good quality and perfect forging. Fine chased silver handle and scabbard, signed and marked with the Tughra proof marks. Length 16 inches. Next to excellent condition. A very fine item.
