This dagger is coming from Indonesia. It is made in the style of Arab Jambiya daggers with a curved double edge blade, 8 inches long. Polished rhino horn handle with silver pommel cap, wood scabbard covered with blue fabric and mounted with finely engraved silver locket and chape. Total length 13 inches. Very good condition. This dagger may have starated its life as an Arab dagger but finally ended as Indonesian: the pommel cap and the engraving style on the silver are all Indonesian in nature. A rare item in very good condition.
