Up for sale is this Keris dagger, 19 C., probably from Madura. Undulating blade 14 inches long forged from good pamor steel. Finely carved wood handle with heavy shining age patina and big ring shaped engraved brass mendak. Wood scabbard. Total length 20 inches. Good condition. The blade can entertain polish and etch to bring out the pattern. Repair on the scabbard with the top chipped. Mendak later than blade. A very impressive handle.
