This sword is of Indian origin, late 19 C. or earlier. Well made wide blade27 inches long 1 3/4 inches wide with a fullered top and 9 inches false edge. The blade is lightly engraved in a simple geometrical design. The handle is steel, riveted to the blade, with a turned down pommel end. Original scabbard with original velvet cover. Total length 33 inches. Very good condition. Minor dents and a small hole in the handle.
