This Axe is coming from India, Malabar coast in the south west end of the Indian sub continent. The down curving blade is 13 inches long, crudely engraved. The wood handle is mounted with brass fittings and decorated with incised circles painted white. Total length 19 inches. Very good condition. An unusual rare authentic item.
