This dagger is of Turkish origin, late 18 to early 19 C. Fine wootz blade 8 inches long with a central rib. Walrus ivory handle and scabbard covered with the original fabric and mounted with silver locket and chape. Total length 14 1/2 inches. Very good condition. Very small area of pitting on the blade.
