The BULLOVA is the traditional fighting axe of the Chota Nagpur aboriginal tribes of central India. It comes in a variety of blade shapes and this one has a forked shape blade, 7 X 7 inches, hand forged. It is mounted on a dark wood shaft 33 inches long, through its heavy socket with a brass lower tip. Fair condition. Age patina and moderate pitting on the blade. The upper tip of the haft was removed. Very low price.
